The Height of the Storm is a play by Florian Zeller, directed by Jonathan Kent starring Jonathan Pryce and Eileen Atkins. The story revolves around an aged couple who refuses to separate even after one of them dies. Their lives have been filled with everyday pleasures and unfathomable mysteries of an ongoing marriage to which they don’t want to leave.

The play opened up at the Richmond Theatre on September 1, 2018, as part of a short UK tour where two legendary actors came together in an unforgettable story of shared life and its complexities. It opened up on Broadway on September 10, 2019, in previews at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre and produced by the Manhattan Theatre Club.

Jonathan Kent’s thrilling production has been declared as “a deeply moving new play that takes us to the edge of what it is to love” by The Times of London. Beyond Creation is a Canadian death metal band that saw its daylight in 2005 in Montreal, Quebec. The band was formed by current guitarist and lead vocalist Simon Girard and former guitarist Nicolas Domingo Viotto.

In 2011, the group self-released its first full-length album “The Aura” which soon became a genre hit. Soon after the release, Beyond Creation became one of the most exciting and innovative sounds of their homeland. The band re-released “The Aura” in 2013 after signing with the Season of Mist record label and began moving at a faster pace. The band went on tour in North America to support the re-release of their album and performed at several shows and festivals. They have toured extensively in Europe, the United States, and Japan supporting various other bands as well.

Beyond Creation has released three studio albums to date: The Aura (2011), Earthborn Evolution (2014), and Algorhythm (2018). In 2019, the band got nominated at Canada’s largest music awards event – The Juno Award – for Best Metal Album.

It premiered on Broadway at the Marquis Theatre on February 16, 2018. A non-equity national tour was scheduled with performances starting in September 2019 at Providence, Rhode Island.

Ohana is a 3-day music festival with a diverse lineup taking place at the Doheny State Beach in Dana Point, California. The SpongeBob Square Pants musical is one of the best on Broadway series with humor, heart, and theatricality. The production was cut short due to the renovation of the Palace Theatre. The Gin Game is a two-person tragic-comedy play by Donald. L. Coburn. The play is about a conflict between a man Weller Martin, and a woman Fonsia Dorsey who uses a card game as a metaphor for life. It premiered at the American Theatre Arts in Hollywood in September 1976.

The two elderly residents who both don’t seem to have any friends, strike up an acquaintance and begin to enjoy each others company. Weller and Fosnia begin playing a series of games including Gin Rummy, where the latter always wins. During the games they get to know about each others’ families and their lives outside the world of cards but these deep conversations ultimately turn into battles as well.

The Gin Game opened up on Broadway on October 6th, 1977 at the John Golden Theatre with more than 517 performances. Directed by Kip Niven, the play went on to be presented at the Actors Theatre of Louisville festival of new plays, the Long Wharf Theatre in July of 1977, and the Wilbur Theatre in Boston.

A young neurosurgeon inherits the castle of his grandfather and repeats his experiments after years of not living up to the family reputation. On discovering the diary of his grandfather, he begins to feel differently, repeat the experiments of ancestors and tends to create a very unique monster in the whole process.
