Italian American Singer-Songwriter Mike Borgia
Mike Borgia is an Italian American singer-songwriter with over two decades of experience as a professional musician and performer. Mike is in constant pursuit of musical sustainability.
Born in New York, Mike spent his teens playing clubs as guitarist and backup singer in a progressive metal band. His style slowly evolved to include other genres, notably punk and indie rock. During the 1990s and into the early 2000s he fronted the popular indie rock band “Tread.”
In 2001 Mike embarked on a solo career and over the next decade performed several tours of the UK. During this time he released nine solo records. His UK tours garnered him a loyal fan-base which allowed him to maintain a steady career as a touring recording artist.
In 2011 he formed the band “The Problems”. He is now releasing albums with his band as well as solo endeavors.
A new record is in the works. It will be his 15th release to date. You will hear fresh new songs in line with the style of The Problems’ previous recordings. Check out his latest record “Who Cares” now available on all major streaming services.
To date he has 11 albums collectively and over a decade as an active professional.
